As the CRM lead for Google Play Pass, I drove both acquisition and retention strategies through targeted notifications and email campaigns. I led the end-to-end implementation of the CRM strategy, including A/B testing, resulting in a 3% increase in product signups, a 6% boost in subscription engagement, and a 5% rise in out-of-pocket spend. I also developed Play Pass' first subscriber onboarding strategy, collaborating with Legal, Ops, Engineering, and Editorial teams to launch seamless and effective CRM campaigns.
